Excellent Customer Service

We traveled to Meridian, ID from Farmington, New Mexico over the Holidays to visit our Mother. While there, we planned on looking at motorhomes. We had been looking for several months: Albuquerque, Kingman AZ, and Laughlin, Nevada. Looking through RV Trader, we saw that Bish’s had a 2017 Newmar Ventana at an excellent price. We were allowed to test drive the Ventana . I had previously driven a Super C at another dealership and let the Salesperson, SharAnn Hilscher, know that I enjoyed the Super C drive much more (though my wife loved the Ventana). I gave her a price on the Super C being offered at the other dealership and she returned with a much better price on the Super C that they sold.

During the test drives and the final sale, SharAnn would turn us over to another saleperson, Mitch Herbert. Both Mitch and SharAnn treated us with dignity and respect, without high-pressure except for lowering the prices. Mitch worked with the detail crew on the final turnover of the RV and made sure that we were satisfied because of our schedule to return to New Mexico, we kinda pushed their comfort zone in delivering the RV, and in retrospect I would have allowed them the two days they like to take to detail and inspect all items before delivery. All in all, a great experience with Bish’s. We are currently enjoying our new 2018 Jayco Seneca and continue to look forward to many happy days of RVing in the future.

On a recent trip, we had a problem with one of our roof vents. It seems that the vent material had deteriorated to the point that it had failed around the perimeter. The vent would open even though the frame was tightly closed. We have very little experience with RVs as this is our first. We did a quick internet search for RV maintenance facilities in the Twin Falls area that were open on Saturday. We were extremely lucky to find that Bish’s RV was nearly on our route toward Sun Valley. Once there we met Mr. Randy Dey and our problems were solved after that. Bish’s had the correct replacement part in stock at a reasonable price. Later when I had difficulties understanding how to fit the new part, Randy helped us get the old part off and the new part fitted. He was friendly and could not have been more helpful. Just wanted to let folks know that we were very happy to meet the nice folks in Twin Falls. Safe Travels and watch out for motorcyclists! - Dan

Well I’m not sure if I’m supposed to write this here for a review or not. But I have to admit after owning my trailer for the first year and feeling like I had some pretty bad service in the past. I had taken my trailer in once more to have it worked on and ( WOW) what a difference in service that’s what I have been after for over a year now. Thank you to Kahn McAllister and Mike (Idaho Falls) for making me feel like a wanted customer again.And getting my trailer through the service department so fast. Thanks again guys - Jared

Mitch worked with the detail crew on the final turnover of the RV and made sure that we were satisfied because of our schedule to return to New Mexico, we kinda pushed their comfort zone in delivering the RV, and in retrospect I would have allowed them the two days they like to take to detail and inspect all items before delivery. All in all, a great experience with Bish’s. We are currently enjoying our new 2018 Jayco Seneca and continue to look forward to many happy days of RVing in the future.

On a recent trip, we had a problem with one of our roof vents. It seems that the vent material had deteriorated to the point that it had failed around the perimeter. The vent would open even though the frame was tightly closed. We have very little experience with RVs as this is our first. We did a quick internet search for RV maintenance facilities in the Twin Falls area that were open on Saturday. We were extremely lucky to find that Bish’s RV was nearly on our route toward Sun Valley. Once there we met Mr. Randy Dey and our problems were solved after that. Bish’s had the correct replacement part in stock at a reasonable price. Later when I had difficulties understanding how to fit the new part, Randy helped us get the old part off and the new part fitted. He was friendly and could not have been more helpful. We traveled to Meridian, ID from Farmington, New Mexico over the Holidays to visit our Mother. While there, we planned on looking at motorhomes. We had been looking for several months: Albuquerque, Kingman AZ, and Laughlin, Nevada. Looking through RV Trader, we saw that Bish’s had a 2017 Newmar Ventana at an excellent price. We were allowed to test drive the Ventana . I had previously driven a Super C at another dealership and let the Salesperson, SharAnn Hilscher, know that I enjoyed the Super C drive much more (though my wife loved the Ventana).
